All memberships include unlimited use of the facility during operating hours.
First-time members are provided with an orientation of our equipment. A variety of membership options are available. Let us help you choose the one that's right for you.
Dental patients of Drs. Davenport and Rohrabaugh are eligible for a 10% discount on their fitness membership.

Payment Options
When paying in full, there are two (2) term options: 12 months & 6 months. Pay for a 12-month term in full - get an additional month free! Pay for a 6-month term in full - get an additional 2 weeks free! Payment can be made with cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
Monthly Payments
Monthly payments are made automatically from your choice of checking, savings or credit card account. The payment authorization can be cancelled at any time, and it will be effective in the following month. Payment can be made by cash or check.
Sales Tax
Ohio sales tax of 6.5% applies to all regular memberships.
Security Keyfob
All memberships require the use of a security keyfob to access the facility. There is a refundable deposit of $30.00 for the keyfob.
